Spornic Profesional at Top Culinary Trends 2016

Spornic Profesional and the PRUTUL SA team was one of the participants in the season’s main event in Romanian Hospitality industry regarding trends and innovations in the gastronomy field. The 400 guests who visited the Spornic Profesional exhibition stand took part in networking, live cooking and tasting sessions hosted by Chef Aida Parascan, the second winner of the Masterchef Romania trophy.

Chef Aida was also the one to hand out the award of the Spornic raffle to the luckiest Chef, a professional japanese SHUN Chef’s knife, with a blade made out of 32 layers of Damascus stainless steel.

Top Culinary Trends is an event of the Hospitality industry organized by the Association of Professional Cooks and Pastry Chefs and Trends by HRB magazine.
